Procedure for firmware update
Try
using rom based on/closer to your region/country/operator. Better see for a pdf
file inside the archive for your device compatiblity.
2) Format your SD card in
FAT32(NO NEED TO FORMATE IF ITS ALREADY FAT32)
3)create
a folder "dload"
off course without the quotes on to the root of your SD card.
Extract the UPDATE.APP from the stock ROM and place it in "dload"
4) Power off your phone with sd
card inside.
5)Power
on by pressing POWER+RED
BUTTON+VOLUME UP Button if done properly you will see progress bar saying UPDATING!
after
its done it will reboot automatically and YOUR phone good as NEW!!!!!

where can i download c8815 b135???
you can change the build.pro with root explorer and put it back when you have changed the build no to lower no; ,so that you can update the firmware. beaware that you have to give permission when you put in root/system/build.pro to permission r w r r .....if you don't change permission to build.pro file after you have been changed with notepad ++ to reduce the build no; to lower ,you will suffer huawei logo boot loop.........
and you may need notepad ++ to change the build .pro to lower the build number.so you can update firmware successfully regardless of the build number 135 .........i hope you will be ok with my idea....
there is no currently available for c8815 b135 in official web site on the day of 11day 4 month of 2013 year ,nothing is available for this build no;,we do some trick to update the firmware, the main things we can do to update the firmware is reducing the build no; with the use of root explorer in your phone to copy the build .pro in root/system/build.pr and notepad++ on computer to change the build no 135 currently on your phone to bulid no 130 or 125 anythings or something lower than this .....everything will be ok for me after i have changed and put it back with the permission of rw rr ,update firmware is ok.......

Hay i have fix my error.:-) i have flashed rom. By running install official firmware.bat from recovery. Preveriously i tried with fastboot,but it was not ok.now it is over!:-) but i can use only 1X . How can i fix to use 3G? Thz for everything

At current state i have installed latest B138 firmware from the link given by you and my meid and pesn are "0".
and the phone is gifted to me by friend whi came from china to pakistan can i use pakistani network GSM/3G in huawei C8815 by china telecom. Secondly i removed the back cover of the set and it was written CDMA 2000 in bold.
